Topic: Living Well With Lupus: One woman's story of fighting
back with fitness.

Lynda describes her journey from diagnosis to nearly dying (twice!)
and back to wellness. Her fighting spirit, love of fitness and
enormous sense of humour help her cope with having Lupus.

to learn more about the illness known as "The Great Impostor."
